Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) and the LEGO® Club announced the second edition of LEGO Winter Holiday Building Challenge where children are invited to use their imagination to win a free cruise for their family. If your kids are between 6 and 18, they can tap into their creativity and construct a holiday-inspired scene, object or character made entirely with LEGO bricks. Three winners will be awarded their choice of a three- to seven-night NCL Caribbean cruise for four.

After building their LEGO winter wonderland, kids are invited to enter the contest by submitting a photo of their creation along with a 50-word essay describing their masterpiece. Entries will be judged on creativity, originality and the essay. A panel of judges including representatives from LEGO Systems, Inc. and NCL will select the winners. One winner will be selected from each of three age groups: six to nine, 10 to 14 and 15 and older.
Official entry details can be found at www.ncl.com/LEGO. NCL guests can also visit any NCL ship’s Kid’s Crew for additional details. All LEGO Winter Holiday Building Challenge entries must be submitted by January 9, 2009.
This is the second year that NCL and LEGO Club have sponsored a building contest. Last year’s contest challenged kids to build a LEGO cruise ship. Photos of the winning creations can be found at www.ncl.com/LEGO.
