Gregg is an 18 year veteran of the cruise industry, has sailed on more than 50 cruises, and visited Alaska, the Bahamas, the East and West Caribbean, Europe and Mexico. He is married to his lovely bride of 19 years, Kelly. He is a graduate of the University of Florida, with a B.S. in Broadcasting. He also obtained a Master’s Certificate in Six Sigma from Villanova University. He was formerly the President of Destination Oceans in Portland, Maine, the Vice President/General Manager of Cruises Only in Orlando, Florida, a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida, and the Senior Director of Call Center Operations with Hotels.com. He is a CLIA ACC (Accredited Cruise Counselor), Celebrity Special Agent, Cunard and Princess Commodore, Cruise Baltic Specialist, Cruise West Small Ship Partner, Crystal Cruises Expert, Holland America 5 Star Agent, NCL Specialist Plus, Royal Caribbean Expert, Alaska, Hawaii and Tokyo Specialist, Contiki Vacations, Trafalgar, and Insight Vacations Specialist.
